Bambi Kabobs
Slice venison backstrap about 3/8 thick and place in ziplock bag with bottle of worcestershire sauce and some cajun spices and soak for 24 hours.
Take out of bag and beat with a meat hammer till half the thickness.
place a slice of onion and jalepeno in middle and roll up, then wrap the whole thing in a slice of maple flavored bacon. thick slice works best.
Place on scewer with bell peppers, mushrooms, onions. Start a fire in BBQ pit, when you have white coals, place kabobs on grill. Turn frequently till bacon is done. I cook till bacon is allmost crispy. Do not overcook or bambi will dry out and be tough. Remove from grill and serve with a cold beer.

I believe there is a Bambi that dances down at the local ....ahem!! Theater for the Performing Arts. I don't think shes for sale but you might be able to rent her. She looks like she'd be more tasty raw though!
