New server for 1ATR Empty New server for 1ATR

New server is running and online, it is the same as the other 2 except for its a non honor server.
This server is ment for user made maps like highland and subase, where the points dont count to the honor,
So a fun map, everyone who wants to be an admin on here just like on the other servers, just reply in the admin section
