I'm partial to the M249! It started because my daughter was dubbed the SAW gunner for her squad so I started using it. Just kind of stuck.
If I snipe I prefer the M 24.

Yes. I don't how useful this would be IRL but optics and a single fire mode to help control the recoil in AA and I would never use anything else.
