How to put a movie on screen

How to get a movie on screen instead of the link.
Like this:

Well first you copy the link from youtube, click in your new post on the bar above the post on video (the second on the right of add an url) this will open a small window, paste inthere ur link that you earlyier copied and click oke.

now you see this link in your post, i will mark red what must be removed

take a preview look and ive you done well you will see the moviescreen in your post.
